The Copay Plan offers a low monthly premium with minimal out-of-pocket costs. The HSA Plan is a high-deductible health plan that is paired with a Health Savings Account, allowing employees to save for future healthcare expenses. The HMO Plan offers a network of providers with little to no out-of-pocket costs, but also has a higher monthly premium.
